Orders and Deliveries 
Orders from ADPT MODE will be available for delivery 7 days a week. Delivery costs and lead times will vary depending on the shipping selected as well as the origin of the items, as ADPT MODE works with brands internationally. Upon placing your order, the delivery options for your destination will be displayed upon checkout. 
Shipping Restrictions 
As ADPT MODE works with brands and retailers internationally some items will have shipping restrictions. Country restrictions will be highlighted at checkout. For further information please contact us here, and we will do our best to facilitate. 
Delivery times are estimated upon checkout depending on the location of the item and its journey to you. Please note this is only a guide and ADPT MODE cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments or other external factors. We will do our best to make sure your order arrives in time. Depending on your location, our orders can be delivered by different couriers and tracking will be available.
Made-to-Order
As made-to-order items are specifically produced for you, manufacturing lead times may vary depending on the vendor. For further information please contact us here
Order Cancellations
Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed, but we do offer a returns service. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us here. Please note that the cost of returns will be dependant on the original location of your item. Also note, some items will have no return policy and this will be stated on the product description and additionally at checkout. 
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Please note, depending on your location, the courier service that delivers your order may differ to the delivery partner who collects your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned once ordered. This applies to ‘FUTURE MODE’ as this category is for made-to-order only. Please note that certain items in ‘PAST MODE’ and ‘PRESENT MODE’ will have their own returns policy and this will be clearly stated on the product page. Personal care goods (Lingerie, Swimwear, Pierced Jewelry, Skincare etc) cannot be returned unless stated otherwise. If you have any doubts about the returns policy of an item, please contact us before checkout. 
Tracking
After your order has been placed, you will receive an email with all the details. The order typically takes 1-4 business days to process. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. This information will additionally be in the ‘My Account’ section, if you don’t have an account you can enter the tracking number and see its status in the guest order checkout here 
Depending on your location and selected delivery method, it can take 2 – 7 business days for your package to arrive. We always aim to deliver your package within the time specified, but sometimes there may be delays due to customs clearance or failed payments.
Please be aware that if you've shopped items from multiple retailers and locations, you may receive more than one package.
