Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order as a guest at a check out. However, if you register with us
you can benefit from various things, such as:
> Automatically enrol in our loyalty programme
> Track your current orders

> Add pieces on your personal Wish List

How do I place an order on your website?
> You can choose a category or a brand from the navigation menu, or look for a
desired item directly on the search bar on the top left corner.
> Once you have found your desired items, click on Add to Bag.
> Once you finish selecting the items, sign into your account or continue as a guest
in order to check out and proceed to payment
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once you have placed your order you can not cancel it, however you have 28 days to schedule a return or exchange goods.

Our shipping destinations are listed under each item, depending on the brands restrictions

Why can't certain items be delivered to me?
While ADPT MODE aims to continuously provide the best customer service and make all our international clients satisfied, unfortunately some shipping restrictions (that are not in our hands) get in the way of that. Some items may be prohibited to ship to certain regions and different brands and retailers have their own shipping restrictions. You can always send us an email and we can try our best to find a solution for you.
Where can I find the invoice for my order?
If you have an account with us it will be in your order history and we also email it to you upon the confirmation of your order
How can I know that your products are authentic?
Every item we sell on ADPTMODE is 100% authentic as we're an authorized online stockist for all the designers we carry.
Your purchase will be dispatched in its original designer packaging (including all tags
and dust bag, if applicable).
